Samcheok Ocean Rail Bike is the one and only coastal rail bike in Korea and it runs on 5.4km-long double tracks through beautiful rocks and special type of pine trees called Gomsol (Bear Pine). The rail bike also runs through a wonderful tunnel that shows luminarie and laser shows. This beautifully designed, environment-friendly rail bike will allow you, your families and friends to experience an exotic and exciting part of Samcheok.

  • Distance: 5.4km one-way (Gungchon Station~Yonghwa Station, Yonghwa Station~Gungchon Station)
  • Duration: 1 hr per trip (including the 10-minute stop at the rest area)
