- From Seoul: On Donghae Expressway, travel straight ahead toward Samcheok and Uljin for about 15 minutes, pass Gangwon University Samcheok Campus, turn right at Samcheok Elementary School and the City Hall is about 150m away straight ahead.
- From Other Regions: At Samcheok Express Bus Terminal, travel straight ahead towards Samcheok Elementary School, pass HomePlus and the City Hall is about 300m away straight ahead.
